Anytime ESL Program
The Anytime ESL Program is an online English as a Second Language program funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) as a pilot project under its Adult Non-Credit ESL service.
Its target audience is newcomer adults at Canadian Language Benchmark levels 1-5.
Anytime ESL is free to all those who qualify for Adult Non-Credit ESL service.
Anyone interested should also have a working email address and some proficiency using a computer. Learn more about the program
